You deserve to feel good again.
I’m Elizabeth Barbour
I’m known for helping women to navigate the hard stuff when it’s all just too much.
I’ve walked the path of divorce (twice), experienced the heart-wrenching loss of three of my four parents, and navigated the profound pain of miscarriage and infertility. Just last year, I experienced the deaths of seven relatives or friends and I had a near-fatal car accident that sidelined me for four months. Fortunately, I’m back on Solid Ground again and thrilled to be here.
All that to say… I’ve been where you are. I get it.
I offer more than empathy; I offer a transformative journey, informed by shamanic intuition, to help you navigate life’s toughest challenges. Together, we’ll not only help you find your Solid Ground but also uncover the strength within you to move forward and embrace a new chapter in your life.
In my work with clients over the last 24+ years, I have learned that clients who are most successful at navigating this share 3 things in common:
- They have enlisted support. They have hired a coach, a therapist, an energy healer, a shaman, a spiritual counselor… *someone* who can truly listen and offer perspective and resources as they navigate the challenges they face.
- They have a supportive community. They have friends or family (or if they’re lucky, both) that they can call on when times are tough. Neighbors who provide a meal train when someone’s sick. Family who can lend a hand with caregiving. Friends who offer a supportive ear on a regular basis.
- They have a well-rounded self-care toolbox. And they use it daily. Incorporating wellness strategies like journaling, meditation, yoga, exercise, creative pursuits and breathwork into their daily lives. When they feel stress or anxiety coming on, they address it quickly to help downgrade it.
Solid Ground offers all of this and more. I’d love to welcome you into the circle.
