Coaching Gems: In Your Own Words

by Elizabeth

As I’ve been in the throes of packing, I took time to quickly skim hundreds of paper client files from over the years.

I received such a positive response from so many of you for the Treasures & Tidbits from Twenty Years article that I shared last week, I thought it would be fun to share my client’s gems with you in their own words!

At the end of every coaching session, I ask “What’s your GEM from today?” and by that I mean, “What’s your big takeaway, a-ha or thing you want to remember most from our conversation.” I always write it down and circle it on my session notes.

Here’s a sampling (by no means exhaustive list) of what they had to say…you may want to read through this and circle the top five that speak to you – then ask yourself why those particular concepts have meaning for you at this stage in your life and/or business.
