I love this week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! Do you?
It’s one of my favorite weeks of the year—and what a year it was! (it sure was for those of us in Asheville, North Carolina and the surrounding region)
This is a good time to celebrate the highlights, learn from the lowlights and then say “bye-bye” and leave it all in the dust as the clock strikes midnight and you get to start all over again.
The New Year of 2025 brings with it a blank slate coupled with hope and anticipation about the future. Even with ongoing turmoil here in my city, around the U.S. and all over the world, there’s still a sense of possibility afoot. There seems to be a focus on community, connection, change and commitment to being a good human. I’m all for that!
Here are a few questions that I invite you to consider as we embark on the New Year. You may want to pull out your journal and write down your observations, or print this out and discuss with your partner, children, best friend or coach.

Looking Ahead to 2025
What is your theme for the New Year?
How would you like to FEEL in 2025?
How do you want to GROW in 2025?
What new experiences would you like to have?
What systems for success do you need to put in place to achieve your goals?
What do you want to celebrate on Dec 31, 2025?
Feel free to leave a comment and share your answers to these so I can cheer you on into the New Year. And of course, if you’re ready to start working with a coach in 2025 to make your dreams come true, book a call and let’s get started!
Happy New Year! May 2025 bring abundant blessings to you and yours!
Elizabeth
P.S. One final THANK YOU for your support of all of us here in Asheville. From donating to various non-profits and GoFundMes, to purchasing from local artists, to buying Sacred Celebrations books, jewelry and gifts for your loved ones…y’all have really stepped up to help our region with our recovery after Hurricane Helene. We still have a long way to go but hope you will visit us and keep supporting our economy as we rebuild one day at a time!
Grateful for you, as always.
