Got resilience fatigue?
Floods. Fires. War. Politics.
Families Divided. Fear and Anxiety.
Information Overload. Uncertainty Everywhere.
Personal losses. Health scares.
Trauma, trauma and more trauma.
But somehow, you keep showing up.
You make the kids lunch and send them off to school.
You show up for your client meetings ready to dig in and be a star performer.
You make homemade soup for your sweet neighbor after they’ve had surgery.
You check on your elderly parents regularly.
Sometimes, if you’re lucky, you fit in a workout or happy hour with your friends.
But for the most part, you’re running on empty.
You try to stay positive and optimistic.
But there is so much – too much – to keep you up at night.
It’s exhausting being resilient.
It’s exhausting being strong.
It’s exhausting being the one keeping it all together on the outside when on the inside you feel like you’re falling apart. (But you know, you don’t have the luxury of time or space to do this.)
But here’s the truth.
The best way to let down your guard and stop carrying the mantle of “resilience” is to do exactly what you’re afraid to do.
Be vulnerable.
Be raw.
Be real.
Let it all hang out.
Let it be what it is without trying to deny it, judge it or fix it.
When you do that, you’ll experience connection.
When you do that, you’ll be given the gift of being witnessed.
When you do that, you’ll realize you’re not alone.
When you do that, you just might feel a bit of freedom!
But you can’t do that with just anybody, can you?
It may not be safe to do that with your random neighbor or the co-worker you just met.
It is safe to do this, but in the right container.
I invite you to check out my 10-week Solid Ground Coaching Program that begins in mid-March.
If you’re

And if you’re not a joiner, consider 1:1 healing support with someone who’s been there and has found her way out of it time and time again. (um, yep, over and over and over)
And if you’re a DIYer, check out my last article and create community for yourself and sink into that.
Trust me, when you are truly seen and have space to be raw and real, you’ll start feeling better right away.
What are you waiting for? Seriously. If not now, when?
Book a no-obligation 20 min call with me in the next week and let’s see if we can shift you from “it’s too much, I’m maxed out!” to “yes, it’s a lot and I’ve got tools in my toolbox and I’m going to be OK.”
