Self-Care and the Importance of Rituals

by Elizabeth

I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Reverend Shad from Unity of Boulder and his friend Irreverent Melissa of the Less Serious Show podcast. They are a dynamic duo who love to tackle interesting topics of spirituality, faith and religion. When they invited me to speak to their audience about self-care and rituals, I knew we would have a rich conversation. We ended up talking a lot about adoption too in the second half (I can’t help myself—it’s such a part of my life experience).
