The Season for Gratitude

by Elizabeth

Stop. Take a minute and truly stop.

Stop thinking. Stop planning. Stop doing.

Just BE.

Take a deep breath. Take another. And another.

Now… when you check in with yourself at the heart level… deep down below the noise and chaos and busy-ness of the holiday season… what do you feel?

I can’t begin to know your answer but I know for myself, the answer is simple… gratitude.

In this season of reflection, contemplation, endings and new beginnings on the horizon, I feel gratitude.

Not because this has been a great year. Not because everything turned out the way I wanted it to. On the contrary, it did not. This has been a hard year for me and a lot of people I love and care about.

I feel gratitude because I am alive. Because I am learning. Because I am growing. Because I have an amazing husband, friends I adore, family that supports me and meaningful work that makes a difference in the world.

I feel gratitude because I get to experience the highs and lows and this rollercoaster ride we call LIFE!

What are you grateful for?

Happy Holidays to you and to yours…Coach E.

HI Coach E!! Love your new website. It looks fantastic and I hope to be contacting your web designer very soon to get my website updated and snazzy.

I tried to sign up for the 27 ways to get inspired, however, it would not take my information……just a heads up.

Have a wonderful 2011
Judy
