Ways to Work with Me This Year

by Elizabeth

Happy New Year! The last I wrote to you, I shared with you several reflection questions to wrap up 2021 and embrace 2022. I heard from many of you that you discussed these with your families, your partner, or took time with your journal. It’s never too late to review and reflect and winter is the perfect time to do that

Speaking of winter, I’ve had the opportunity to spend time in my beloved Asheville mountains. In the spirit of smart self-care, I actually took the first week of the year off to retreat. I’ve never done that before. It’s definitely a counterculture thing to do…when everybody else is making New Year’s resolutions and harnessing the energy of the new year to “get stuff done,” I opted to slow down. I’ve been hiking, reading, and spending time with friends. It’s been a counterintuitive, somewhat uncomfortable, yet refreshing way to kick off the new year.

It snowed one of the days that I was here, and one of my best friends took me up on the Blue Ridge Parkway where we hiked in the magical winter wonderland. The snow laden branches of the trees made for a hushed sound as we tromped along on the ice and snow and the expansive mountain vistas were spectacularly heart opening. I did not take any photos, because I wanted to be fully immersed in the moment. Cold weather makes my pitta constitution come alive and snow reminds me of happy memories sledding and ice-skating growing up in Connecticut.

But this week, I’m back to work. I’m excited about the possibilities for my clients as we enter 2022 and I am having fun serving customers with the creative gifts in Sacred Celebrations.

If you…

  • Are feeling frazzled or focused as you head into 2022
  • Need to make some big decisions and seek support in parsing out the details
  • Have let your self-care foundation crack under the weight of the pandemic
  • Are ready to set BHAGs (big hairy audacious goals) for your business and life

Let’s talk!

Ways to Work with Me in 2022

1. Ready to thrive again? 2020 and 2021 have been hard. The world we live in has changed dramatically and we are still undergoing transformation as people are changing jobs, up leveling relationships, and coping with the anxieties that come with living during a pandemic. People who seek advice from therapists, coaches and other helpers and healers find relief in having support for the journey. Why do you keep trying to do it alone? Book a session with me today and let’s help you shift from surviving to thriving and from tired to inspired!

2. Seeking more mystical insights? Sometimes we need to get out of our ego, out of our left brain and open up to the messages from the Universe. The more I do shamanic journeys for clients, the more amazed I am at the meaningful symbols and detailed messages that come through. Book an intuitive coaching session today (combo shamanic journey + coaching session) and prepare to be wowed!

3. Struggle no more to find the perfect gifts! Check out what we have to offer at Sacred Celebrations.

Handmade gemstone bracelets have healing properties that bring joy to the wearer. Find the perfect birthday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and graduation gifts for your mom, sister, BFF, sweetheart or other loved one – choose from rose quartz, onyx, aventurine, turquoise, carnelian, howlite, hematite, zebra jasper and more!

Custom ritual gift boxes are experiential gifts encouraging people to add more intentional rituals to their lives. Choose from the Gratitude in Action kit, the House Blessings kit and the Smart Self-Care for Busy Women kit. Perfect as thank you gifts, housewarming gifts and for any busy woman who needs to slow down and take time for herself!

I look forward to continuing to serve you in 2022!!!

Blessings,
Elizabeth
