Quit the Solo Slog. Get the Help You Need.

by Elizabeth

So, how’s that Lone Ranger Mentality working for ya?

Knowing when to ask for help is one thing. I recently wrote about the TV show Virgin River and how one of the main characters, Jack, finally got over doing his own thing and realized he needed support—so he asked for help. Yay, Jack!

Knowing that you’re WORTHY of getting help is another. You’ve got to realize you’ve only got one life. It’s short and precious. And YOU are worthy of investing in yourself and your dreams.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had people taking advantage of my annual business anniversary discount to book new coaching sessions with me. (Use coupon code CELEBRATE 22.) I’m having fun meeting new people and reconnecting with former clients from years ago. When you’ve been in business as long as I have, people tend to come in and out of coaching—and when they have a coach they know, like and trust, it’s easy to hop back into coaching and get results immediately!

Some of the things I’m hearing:

  • I’m so RELIEVED. Your insights are spot on. Thank you for the clarity that our session brought. Now I can move forward!
  • Why didn’t I do this sooner? This was a brilliant session! So many a-has.
  • I’m so excited to really dig into this with you and get unstuck after allllll of this time wrestling with it myself.

Here’s the deal, folks.

You don’t have to go it alone.

That independent “I-don’t-need-anyone” attitude is soooo old news.

As a human, you are designed for connection.

For discussing ideas.

For sharing resources.

For brainstorming solutions.

For getting support.

For being encouraged.

When you seek help, you are guaranteed to go faster and farther than if you wallow in your stuck-ness on your own.

And I hate to break it to you, you don’t have a magic wand.

Or a crystal ball.

None of us does.

We can’t predict the future.

But we sure can take steps right now to work toward creating the vision that we’d like to manifest!

And that’s where coaching comes in.

One of the main reasons people hire a personal trainer, a nutritionist or a life and business coach?

Accountability.

When you deem yourself WORTHY to invest in yourself and your happiness, joy and success, you have an accountability partner that can help you live into the fullest version of you.

Look at your life, your goals and what you’re trying to achieve.

QUIT the SOLO SLOG. Get the help you need—and deserve.

You’re worth it.

Let’s talk! (Remember to use coupon code CELEBRATE22 to set up your first call!)

Cheers!

P.S. Thanks for all the fun comments and support about my move to Asheville. I’ve heard from a lot of you and appreciate your support! If you find yourself in the area, let me know—would love to see you!
